My Question for my group members of "We all fall Down" is what do you think Will's reaction when he saw the Asian lady under that heavy filing cabinet? Put your self in his position.
Well I think his reaction would be shocked. And I think he probably was wondering if she was alright, if she was hurt or not. And possibly relieved knowing that there is someone else up there with them and not just Will and his dad. I know if I was in Will’s position I’d probably be shocked and I’d feel really bad for her. I would defiantly try and get her out as soon as possible just in case something else were to fall and then she could be completely stuck. I bet Will felt good about himself knowing that he’s helping someone. I know if I was him I’d feel good about myself knowing that I am helping someone, and not just myself.

Well I think I would be shocked about seeing the asian lady being crushed by the filing cabinet, and after already watching two people jump out of a building. Also being scared for my life when an air plane hits not just the building across the street from me but also an air plane hitting the building that im in. I would obvouisly want to try and help her but I dont think I would be able to really do much to get it off of her. I also might be in shock from what im seeing so im might just watch and be scared for my life because that's how some people could be and I don't know if im like that because i've never be in that kind of situation.
ReplyDeleteYeah I agree with kelly on this one brandon because I think my reaction would be paniced and shocked at the same time. I would be shocked and paniced because I've been sort of in a situation like that. Not like where the building might burn or fall over or anything im talking about the situation of someone being stuck somewhere because my cousin and I dug a really big hole and then, his friend walking into it qithout noticing and he got stuck so we finaly got him out.I felt really good about myself for helping somone out of a deep hole and that they were stuck in.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I agree with Brandon and Aaron, I would probably be flipping out and crying and everything. I get paniced over little things. And then finding someone who IS injured would just freak me out even more.

Im sure I said something related to what kelly said.But from what I said and what kelly said im think I would be both I would be scared, shocked and I would also be lost and confused from what's happening around me. Later in the book it talks about how Will's father is carrying the lady down the stairs and when he got tired they switch. I think it's a nice thing that they're trying their best efforts to try and get out of the building and trying to get the lady out with them.
ReplyDeleteKelly I would think that you would be too afraid to really do or try anything to get her out and up. You would probably to afraid to hurt or injure the lady.

kelly don't do things like that. you'll get less marks. I think that because I think you would be too paniced to really try and help because you might be afraid to do more damage to the person then tthey were before.
ReplyDeleteYeah I agree with brandon and kelly cause I think kelly would be scared to hurt the person if they were in a situation like that.The reas on I agree with Brandon because it does talk about her geting carried down the building with Will and Will suggests how he would carry her down a few flights of stairs and it probably would make me feel good as brandon to if he did somthing like that.

ReplyDeletewell i think that will's reation was is she go to come out or is she bleeding out which is shocking (i agree with kelly) but i think he did not know what to do (i agree with brandon) unit his father siad are you ok and that is when will came back to life. but if i was there and i saw a waving hand i run and try to help the person out not wait to say are you ok. and i be like what the how did you get stuck in there women then i would find out how at the same time as i try to get here out.
so am going to agree with kelly now why would you not do nothing and whach her die.

ReplyDeletewell i think Will's reaction would be shocking as you guys all said because if you can just imagine seeing someone under a cabinet crying for air and help i would be Pretty surprise if i saw someone right next to me matter of fact i would be pretty scared.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinon i think that Will was kinda terrified and shocked when he saw the chineese lady on the ground beside a desk. He was pobably wondering why she was there and why the other people in the office abandoned while she was in pain.
If i was in Will's position i would probably be frightened and would help her get out from under the cabinet.
I would say he seemed shocked that it was an elderly lady and not a child like he suspected by her voice. and then seeing the conditions she wasin, that probably shocked him even more. what i would have done is i would have taken her with me instead of leaving her to die because i would put my self in her shoes and to know that shes a human being just like me i wouldnt hesitate to bring her along even though it woud be an extra load on me.
